Canteen Pre-Ordering

• Brown Paper Bag: available near the canteen microwaves, by recess.

The Canteen has introduced a Fast-Track line for students who have pre-ordered to collect their lunches, making it much easier and quicker for students.

How to Use Flexischools for Canteen Pre-orders 

1. Create a Flexischools Account

   • Visit www.flexischools.com.au

   • Click “Register” and follow the prompts to create your parent account.

2. Add Your Student

   • Once logged in, go to “Students” or “Add a Student”

   • Enter your child’s name, school name, year group, and class

   • Enter your child’s student ID number

   • Save your student profile.

3. Top Up Your Account

   • Go to “My Wallet” or “Top Up”

   • Choose your preferred payment method and add funds to your account.

4. Place a Canteen Order (order cut-off time of 9.00am)

• Select your student

• Choose the canteen and date

• Pick items from the menu and place the order

• Confirm and pay at checkout.

Link your child’s Student ID Card to Flexischools to enable cashless payments at the Canteen. Parents can set spending limits, view purchases, and top up funds online.
